Please note that we do not have a traditional reception desk, but will try our best to get back to you as soon as possible. Texting works best!

Neighborhood street parking is available.
We are conveniently located near the BSL Ellsworth-Federal stop, and several bus routes.

We are located on the second floor of the building, Suite 204.
You must use the call box, located on your left when facing the building, to enter.
To enter, find Love Letter Hair Salon in the directory under “L”, highlight the selection and then call (Note: If you see a screen that says “No Resident”, simply scroll to the right until you reach the letter “L”). After you call please let us know your name and we will buzz you into the building.
We are the first door on the right at the top of the stairs.
Because of the nature and layout of the building, there is no elevator access to the second floor.

We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations.
Please cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid being charged for the cost of the service.
